Exemplify the image of “Aloha” through the Outrigger Way, assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger Kona Resort (OKR) polices and procedures. Ensure the Outrigger 4 Keys to creating guests for life is practiced with all guest interactions.
Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditures projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.

Compensation& Benefits:
$56,000 - $91,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
