The Job

  • Assume overall accountability for ensuring the design, coordination, execution and management of global business development efforts.
  • Assume overall accountability for ensuring the design, coordination, execution and management of the new Leukopak service business.
  • Participate in obtaining new clients or alliances to increase the business and image of the company worldwide.
  • Ensure departmental staffing, and training and development of staff meets company objectives and requirements.
  • Serve as active member of the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning and company-wide management decisions.
  • Participate in the integration of existing and newly acquired QPS departments and businesses.
  • Present QPS Clinical Business Development updates to the Company and Board of Directors when requested.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, sustaining high energy level during long hours

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in relevant scientific discipline or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
  • M.S., PhD, or MBA in same disciplines preferred
  • Minimum of ten years in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech sales or operations
  • Minimum of eight years sales experience
  • Two years of Sales Management experience preferred
