Chief Architect
The Chief Architect shall have the following experience and qualifications:
- Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition
- Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to strategic planning and portfolio management
- Fifteen or more years’ experience in developing enterprise architectures
- Fifteen or more years’ experience in developing architectures with the DoD Architecture Framework
- Fifteen or more years’ professional experience in Army, DoD, or IC in a related field
- Fifteen or more years’ IT experience in the DoD or IC
- Proven experience with at least one full implementation of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll functioning as Technical Lead or Lead Solution Architect
- Five or more years of hands on experience with PeopleSoft architecture and PeopleTools including working with 3rd party interface tools
- Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, an active SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, or equivalent experience
All candidates must have a DOD secret clearance active in order to qualify.
