Chief Architect

Job Description and Requirements Synopsys is looking for a Product Architect for our AI enabled and optimized Test Solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including chip designers, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for new and/or enhanced AI solutions that drive increased productivity, and improved Test results, to our customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that these advanced AI architectures, products and solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for Test AI solutions that address business challenges and improve Test productivity, performance and user experiences/results. Lead the design and development of new and advanced Test AI solutions. Work with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of Test AI solutions. Provide overall leadership and vision to the organization on AI strategies. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI concepts and technologies, and evaluate emerging technologies and tools for their applicability to the organization's needs. Requirements: MS/PhD, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 20+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Test and AI. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI architectures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proven ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team. "The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $215,000-$375,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
