Job Brief:
The Chief Administrative Officer at Duke City Redi-Mix is responsible for all activities pertaining to the backend operations of the business including but not limited to compliance, human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, marketing, office supplies and maintenance, asset management, various reporting duties, and any other general and administrative duties that aren’t directly related to QC, operations, dispatch, and mixer driver management.
Responsibilities:
‐ Hire and manage the office and administrative staff.
- Manage human resources.
- Manage all administrative and office duties.
- Manage compliance including air quality, MSHA, OSHA, FMSCA, etc.
- Manage insurance relationships.
- Manage payroll.
- Manage marketing and advertising.
Requirements:
- BA in Business Management (or related field) or 5+ years relevant experience
- Ownership mentality
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, Quickbooks
- Proficient in research and data collection
- Management experience
- Highly organized and motivated
- Fast learner
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles
- Extreme attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
