```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales
- Assist in the hiring process by conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs to meet budgetary goals
```Experience```
- Previous experience in kitchen management or as an assistant manager in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of catering, banquet, or hospitality management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Familiarity with restaurant management software systems
- Experience in shift management, including opening and closing procedures
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit
- Culinary background or knowledge is a plus
