Shift Leader
Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to partner with the Owner/Operator to learn the business, learn leadership, grow the brand, and grow professionally with an industry leading brand. This role is a hands on leadership role that gives you the opportunity to lead a team and direct shift operations to maintain our quality standards for hospitality.
Many Owner/Operators begin as team members or leaders in the restaurant and this could be great opportunity to begin a career with Chick-fil-a leading to corporate positions or even restaurant ownership. You will learn practical business, personal, and organizational leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Model Hospitality daily to the team and guests
· Execute cash management systems
· Train and Develop team members
· Drive business results in customer service metrics
· Lead restaurant shifts
· Own Customer Recovery Systems
· Communicate vision of Chick-fil-a to the team
· Build a positive culture of genuine care
Requirements:
· Must be available 35-40 hours per week
· Relevant degree preferred
· High personal standards and self-motivation
· At least one year of leadership experience
· Excellent Communication Skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
