π Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Bone Marrow Transplant
- $33/hr -Β $62/hr
π Location: Dallas, TX
β° Shifts: Full-Time Days (7A-7P, rotating weekends) & Full-Time Nights (7P-7A, rotating weekends)

Role Description: As a Bone Marrow Transplant RN, you'll play a vital role in patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- π©Ί Administering and managing chemotherapy/biotherapy.
- π Transfusing blood, platelets, and plasma.
- π©Ή Managing patients with radiation implants, central venous access devices, and spinal drains.
- π Conducting bone marrow biopsy and aspiration.
- π©Ή Providing thoracentesis and paracentesis.
- π Administering epidural and intrathecal analgesia.
- π©Ί Managing toxicities related to chemotherapy/biotherapy/radiation therapy and hematological conditions.
- π Overseeing antibiotic and medication therapies.
- π©Ή Supporting autologous and allogeneic blood and marrow transplants.
- π Assisting in bone marrow harvest recovery.
- π©Ί Providing pain management and telemetry monitoring.
- π Contributing to patient and staff education.
Qualifications:
- π BSN - Required
- π Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- π©Ί Current American Heart Association BLS provider
- π ACLS required within one year of hire
- π₯ PALS preferred
- π ONS Chemotherapy biotherapy certificate course required within 1 year of hire
- π©ββοΈ At least one year of Acute Care RN experience in ICU or BMT
- π©ββοΈ 2 Years Nursing Experience
- β€οΈ Passion for oncology and willingness to cross-train/float to other oncology units

- $33/hr (1 year of experience) β Mid: $42.92/hr (10 years of experience) - Max: $54/hr (20 years of experience)
- Night shift differential: $3.75/hr
- Weekend Differential: $4.30/hr
