Responsibilities:

As a Chemical Product Support, you will work closely with the North America Market Manager and play a vital role in providing product assistance and support to customers in the chemical materials industry. Your primary focus will be on supporting customers in the New England area of the United States. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Technical Assistance: Providing expert guidance and support to customers regarding technical aspects of our Chemical Products, including their properties, applications, and usage.

2. Troubleshooting: Assisting customers in resolving product issues or challenges they encounter with our products, offering solutions and recommendations.

3. Product Information: Ensuring customers have accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including specifications, safety data, and handling instructions.

4. Customer Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their understanding of our products and their optimal usage.

5. Account Management: Collaborating with the Market Manager to maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Market Research: Supporting market research initiatives by gathering insights on customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the chemical materials industry.

7. Sales Support: Assisting the Market Manager in sales-related activities, such as preparing technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential customers.

Business Travel: Undertaking occasional business travel to visit customers, attend industry conferences, and participate in relevant events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is required, preferably with a master's or PhD degree and laboratory experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,000.00 per month
