About the Job:

TNG is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team as School District Chefs to work in a local K-12 school district.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and drive to operate with the highest ethical standards
• Natural leader, who creates an atmosphere of encouragement for staff
• Have a passion and talent for cooking with a minimum of 5 years' culinary experience
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in management, training, and food cost management
• Knowledge of HACCP and National School Breakfast/Lunch Program
• Ability to complete essential ordering, production records, HACCP logs, inventory, and menu development
• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred, ServSafe certification required
