Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will be at the heart of our culinary endeavors, responsible for maintaining the entire ARH test kitchen. From equipment maintenance and ingredient ordering to inventory control and cleanliness, your role will be integral to the success of our culinary initiatives. Your main accountabilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Design & Development Chefs to create new and innovative products.
  • Participating in culinary workshops, trade shows, and continuous education to stay abreast of the latest culinary methods, techniques, and ingredients.
  • Traveling as needed to support menu presentations and daily operations.
  • Organizing and rotating ingredients to maximize shelf life and minimize waste.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Documenting ingredients and recipes in our company computer program (CBASE).
  • Actively participating in process improvement strategies and menu development projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • An Associate degree in a culinary arts program or equivalent accredited culinary apprentice program.
  • Three to five years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
  • Ability to work across all hot kitchen stations in an operational kitchen.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time with extended stays of up to 10 days.
  • Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
