Job Description
Chef Chris Kajioka’s Honolulu destination, Miro Kaimuki, is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage, and hospitality to join the culinary team as a Chef de Cuisine.
Chef Kajioka opened Miro Kaimuki in July of 2020, keeping the essence of the former location in the space, Café Miro. We offer a seasonal, rotating 5-course menu that changes every month, focusing on Japanese ingredients with French technique.
Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of a minimum of 4-5 years of experience, the individual must have a strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator. Chef Kajioka’s experience is founded on a culture of mentorship and provides a solid foundation of skills to support the culinary profession.
