Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.
Located in Hurricane, UT, we are looking for a part-time, hybrid Chat/Ticket Agent.
You will help customers with their inquiries by understanding the company and products, finding the best path to help customers through your communication and listening skills.
What you will do:
- Focus on customer reactivation and retail conversion
- Respond to emails and tickets within 2 business days or sooner
- Handle customer accounts confidentially and confidently
- Collaborate with your team on projects and tasks
- Complete assigned tasks on time
- Take part in daily team drills

Pay: $13.00 per hour + Commission & Bonuses
Schedule: Flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-Time, Hybrid
IMPORTANT: We have mandatory full-time and in-person paid training that takes 2-4 weeks. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
