Charter Services Coordinator

About the Opportunity:

Flagship Cruises & Events is looking for a Charter Services Coordinator worker with a positive attitude and a team player. The successful Charter Services Coordinator will enable professional and efficient charter operations and be swift and effective in the execution of assigned duties. Performance will be measured by management evaluation, and peer feedback. High performers will be selected to learn new skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process newly signed charter contracts quickly and efficiently
• Maintain the schedule of public cruises and boat movements
• Communicate between clients and internal departments
• Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet simultaneous deadlines
• Create and maintain spreadsheets
• Process post-event reports and other necessary documents
• Billing/Invoicing

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Prior hospitality experience preferred
• Strong team-player
• Great communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and effective prioritize without prompting
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work under the pressure of competing deadlines and with frequent interruptions
• Strong data entry skills with strict attention to accuracy and detail
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communications skills (both written and oral)
• Experience in processing financial transactions
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedures and processes
• Skill and experience in the use of computer applications, including the ability to create and use financial spreadsheets, databases, web-based CRM applications, and Microsoft products.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift/pull/push 50lbs
• Ability to bend, rotate and reach frequently
• Must be able to maintain both static and dynamic standing balance to complete various duties associated with the job
