Job Description
Position:Customer Service/Scheduler
Reports to: Office Manager
Starting Pay: $19 - $20/hr
Customer service representatives interact with customers on behalf of River City Rush to provide information about, and scheduling of delivery/pick-up of various items.
Responsibilities and Daily Duties
- Arrive to work on time.
- Answer all incoming calls professionally within 3 rings or less when possible.
- Keep up with emails
- Place calls to arrange delivery of various items to businesses or residents.
- Answer calls regarding deliveries, reschedules or issues with deliveries.
- Always maintain a professional manner
- Complete appropriate paperwork
- Promote good business relations with customers.
- Perform all other duties as directed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow direction.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Attention to detail.
- Quick & accurate data entry
- Must communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to stay patience in stressful situations.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, or as directed by management.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time in office environment.
- Bilingual a plus, but not required.
