SalaryBehavioral Solutions, Inc. is seeking a person with excellent detail skills who is able to review long-term care resident charts to assist our psychiatric provider who consults in contracted long-term care facilities.
Excellent candidates will have medical/mental health experience, knowledge of psychotropic medication, ability to review medical charts from a behavioral health perspective, collect data from charts to input into psychiatric consult form .
We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently, is efficient and timely in their work and can meet deadlines. Experience with the long-term care setting is a plus. Will communicate with the Office Manager and Nurse Practitioners in an effective and timely manner.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products, use a cloud system, and understanding of PCC, Matrix and ECP is desired. Candidates who may have the ability to excel in this position may have the background of a medical records clerk, LPN, RN or BSW with mental health work experience. Understanding of medical and/or behavioral terminology is very useful. Ability to review charts with access to online medical charting systems is desired. Much of the job can be done online, but there are facilities that will require the auditor to travel to them in-person in the Milwaukee area.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
