Chargeback Analyst

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Chargeback Analyst with our client located in Libertyville, IL.  This is a well-established manufacturing organization who specializes in healthcare supplies.  They currently are looking for an experience Chargeback Analystto join their organization on an open ended contract basis for a minimum of 3 months.  The Chargeback Analystwill primarily be responsible for administering chargebacks for distributors and wholesalers.  This client is looking to hire as soon as possible, so qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately!
Chargeback Analyst duties:

• Analyze, process, and maintain chargebacks
• Upload distributors files into Pricing Administration System
•  Accurately analyze and process chargeback submissions, audit accounts, resolve, reconcile, maintain databases, and send out monthly reports
• Establish and maintain contact with the distributors and wholesalers as a key business partner to resolve chargeback issues and any other issues
• Collaborate with internal Accounts Receivable to resolve and reconcile outstanding distributor chargeback balances
• Address and/or escalate issues with contract pricing disparities
• Monitor Pricing Operations mailbox and address distributor-pricing requests
• Work with the sales organization and pricing and contracts staff to resolve moderately complex issues and discrepancies

Chargeback Analyst Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in contract/pricing/chargeback management
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• SAP knowledge, preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
