Charge Review Specialist - Remote (Mn, Wi, Ia, Nd, Sd Only)

This is a fully remote position, but employees must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday day shift.

Required Qualifications:

• One year of hospital experience.
• Three years of accounting, coding, patient accounting, or business experience.
• Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of coding guidelines.
• Completion of a coding specialist program.
• Coding certification.

Additional Information:

This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position. The full salary range for this position is $23.69-$35.54 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits, which begin on day one of employment.
