CHANNEL MANAGER – Food & Beverage industry
Ideal candidates will live in the Northcentral US: Chicago, Wisconsin, etc.
Talis Group’s client is a leading global company dedicated to ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of products across various industries. Their cutting-edge technology and brands empower businesses to deliver exceptional products to the market.  The company is growing and hiring a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the Midwest region into the manufacturing industry.  
This remote position comes with full benefit package and expected total compensation $120-$150k (base plus commission)
 
As the Channel Sales Manager for the Northcentral US region, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by strategically managing relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Channel Sales, a deep understanding of Food & Beverage industries, and a passion for delivering top-notch testing solutions.
 
HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, as well as identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the Midwest / Northeast region.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within manufacturing industries.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to effectively promote and sell our testing solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer expectations.
  • Ideal location:  Chicago, Wisconsin areas
 
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business or commensurate experience
  • Proven experience in Channel Sales with minimum of 5 years of regional sales experience in B2B
  • In-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
  • Experience in the recruitment of new sales partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Significant travel required within the Northcentral & Midwest U.S.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience using a CRM system and MS Office programs.
