Overview 
DTEN is looking for a seasoned Channel Account Manager for Distribution, who is interested in joining a high growth, digital media solutions Company. The CAM distribution will be responsible for all aspects of the relationship with our Distribution Partners. This includes pricing, programs, discounts and stock levels. They will be the primary point of contact and guide funded heads within our distribution partners. They will ultimately drive awareness, education, training and programs through our distributors,

Responsibilities
    • Grow distribution revenues QoQ and YoY Cross-sell/upsell DTEN products with our key Distribution partners
    • Review open opportunities and quotes with distribution to assist with closing pipeline
    • Communicate project specific discounts and promotional programs with distribution partners
    • Manage channel partner performance
    • Manage funded heads at distribution partners 
    • Leverage consultative sales approach to communicate the value of various solution options
    • Track and manage stocking levels and inventory for all distribution partners
    • Act as a key ongoing contact point for distributors
    • Leads marketing events/activities 
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and execute a channel partner program that leverages the right value proposition and incentives for partners to drive recurring opportunities
    • Maintain key partner relationships by development and implementation strategies for expanding DTEN'S customer base through repeat business with channel partners
    • Be the Voice of the distributor, providing feedback into the company. 
    • Recruit, establish and educate new, qualified distributors to sell DTEN products
Minimum Qualifications
    • Business-related Bachelor Degree / MBA preferred but not required.
    • 5-10 years of experience building channel sales strategies to further penetrate and grow existing customer bases 
    • Extensive knowledge of Google Business Suite
    • Working knowledge of the Salesforce Platform 

$170,000 - $215,000 a year
