KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Change Management Senior Manager.


Summary:
The Sr. Manager Change Leadership will play a critical role in the change leadership team and will do the following: Support the design, implementation, and evolution of change strategies and plans to engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the significant cultural and behavioral changes that are required to drive the business forward. The Change Manager will work with senior business leaders to understand their needs and address them through executable strategic change initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong Change Management and communication abilities who excels in creatively managing change within complex matrixed organizations. The Change Leadership team supports ERP, Finance, and Controller's office in executing on strategic initiatives. Some examples include optimization of the team organizational structure for improved performance, identifying and implementing finance solutions and helping the organization achieve more predictable, profitable growth through transformative tools and processes.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups to drive development of data-driven change strategies.
  • Develop and manage the execution of fit-for-purpose Change Management strategies and plans to accelerate ROI of initiatives; collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans.
  • Develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in with changes.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content.
  • Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications and creative engagement activities, driving understanding about transformational changes.
  • Measure effectiveness of change deliverables and evolve plans as needed to best drive adoption and reduce risk of initiatives.
  • Regularly report on activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • 5- 10 years experience in similar field
  • Professional with 5+ years of relevant experience in Change Management and/or communications related to strategic transformations.
  • Ability to communicate and navigate with wide range of personalities within the organization.
  • Strong ability to present to executives and engage with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to navigate changing priorities, evolving deadlines and logically sequence work to meet the overall needs of the program.
  • Ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations.
  • Extremely high attention to detail with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to generate and execute creative ideas related to making communications engaging and concise.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, but also be a self-starter
