Job description

DRB Systems (“DRB”) is the leading provider of technology-enabled devices and software solutions to the North American car wash industry.
As the DRB Change Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating organizational transitions, ensuring smooth and effective implementation of changes. You will be responsible for developing and executing Change Management strategies, fostering employee engagement, and mitigating resistance to change. The goal is to maximize the adoption and utilization of new processes and systems, while minimizing disruptions and ensuring the overall success of change initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the goals and objectives of change initiatives.

·        Develop comprehensive Change Management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and resistance mitigation tactics.

·        Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.

·        Establish open lines of communication, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

·        Identify training needs and design relevant programs to equip employees with the skills required for successful adaptation to change.

·        Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring widespread understanding and proficiency in new processes or technologies.

·        Proactively identify sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address and overcome resistance.

·        Work closely with leadership to foster a culture that embraces change and innovation.

·        Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives.

·        Regularly assess and report on the progress of Change Management efforts, making adjustments as needed.

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and HR to integrate Change Management activities into overall project plans.

·        Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input and feedback from all levels of the organization.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Change Management, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • Background in project management, also a plus.

Skill Sets:

 

  • Ability to create and generate reports, track metrics, create presentations
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Team building skills
  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the impact of change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to gain consensus across multiple levels of the organization
  • Adaptable / Flexible – can adjust quickly to changing requirements and remain open to alternative approaches.
  • Willingness to learn and be curious
  • Experience with writing and maintaining detailed process/program documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with an innovative and hard-working team
