Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO and equity partner of CP| BEV Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company's growth and long-term sustainability.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Investment Management: Oversee investment strategies and manage the company's financial portfolio.
• Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
• Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Financial Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and investment management.
• Strong understanding of the beverage industry or related sectors is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial growth.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Compensation:

The position is company or project equity. Depending on experience. Leading to an annual scaled salary position. Allowing a fair assessment of said skill set.

Pay: $120,895.27 - $200,809.36 per year

Expected hours: 17 – 22 per week
