Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Per Diem

Sight Partners is looking for a Per Diem CRNA with a high-level skillset to join our team. We offer competitive pay and a flexible schedule with part-time, full-time or Per Diem options available. Requirements

Perform patient assessment to evaluate appropriate sedation

Prepare the patient for anesthetic care

Provide sedation for patients before, during, and after surgery

Monitor patients and modify anesthetic dosage for maximum patient safety and comfort

Perform post-anesthesia patient assessment to evaluate readiness for discharge

Perform retrobulbar eye blocks - training and certification provided

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and certified as a Nurse Anesthetist by the WA State board of nursing.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and safely position the patients for procedures.
• Ophthalmic knowledge desired but not required
• Quick, knowledgeable decision-making skills that adapt to various types of situations
• Time management skills include but are not limited to Prioritizing, Multitasking, Strategic thinking, and Problem-solving
• Strong communication skills
• Practiced Leadership qualities
• Able and willing to achieve goals with tenacity, compassion

• Experience desired but newly established CRNA's encouraged to apply
