Job Description

Job Title: House SupervisorJob Summary:We are seeking a dependable and skilled House Supervisor to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of a residential property. As a House Supervisor, you will oversee and direct daily activities of housekeeping staff, manage vendors and contractors, and maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the property. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional leadership qualities, an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality services.Responsibilities and Duties:- Supervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency- Plan and organize daily work assignments to ensure all areas of the property are properly cleaned and maintained- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards- Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment- Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and property management staff- Collaborate with maintenance staff to promptly address repairs and maintenance issues- Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained at all times- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner- Assist in budget preparation and control related to housekeeping and maintenance operations- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction- Stay updated with industry trends, suggest improvements, and implement innovative practicesQualifications and Skills:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities- Proficient in using computer systems and software for managing schedules, inventory, and reports- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as requiredHashtags:#HouseSupervisor #HospitalityJobs #ResidentialPropertyManagement #Housekeeping #Leadership #CustomerService #GuestSatisfaction #TeamManagement #PropertyMaintenance #Cleanliness #OrganizationalSkills #CommunicationSkills #Budgeting #HighStandards #USjobs
