SalaryJob Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Duties:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Assess patients' medical history and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Proficiency in acute care settings, including sterile processing and medical records management
- Experience in pain management techniques and venipuncture procedures
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding systems and electronic health record platforms (e.g., Athenahealth)
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia standards, protocols, and best practices

- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
