Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8s or 4x10s. No call, weekends or holidays.
- Setting: Hospital
- Types of cases: Gastroenterology, Urology, Otorhinolaryngology
- Credentialing time: 30-40 days
- Requirements: Board certification, active Indiana license
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MedAccess, gGastro
