```Duties```
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, providing instruction and guidance on proper form and technique.
- Develop and implement effective Pilates workout programs tailored to the needs and goals of clients.
- Demonstrate exercises and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Ensure a safe and clean workout environment by properly maintaining equipment and studio space.
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, research, and industry developments related to Pilates.
```Requirements```
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably in Pilates or a related discipline.
- Proficient in leading classes that incorporate other fitness modalities such as yoga or kickboxing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and provide personalized attention.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain exercises, modifications, and provide feedback.
- Ability to design individualized workout programs based on client goals, needs, and limitations.
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus, with the ability to promote services and retain clients.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
