SalaryWe're looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician or Trainee to join our team offering unparalleled patient care services at our Outpatient facility. The ideal candidate will be able to positively interact with clients, understand medical terminology and possess accurate calculations skills. He/She will also be assisting people with various medical needs, so a commitment to customer service and adherence to safety protocols is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain patient medication records.
- Greet customers and assist them with questions regarding medications, insurance, and prescriptions.
- Understand the policies and procedures of the pharmacy.
- Avoid distractions when filling prescriptions.
- Comply with cashiering, inventory, and accounting procedures.
- Handle customer service issues promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
