Job Summary:

· Assists the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients and patient care areas. Identifies, prepares, packages, labels and delivers medications, including sterile products, under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Requirements:

· Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

· Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

· General Experience in an accredited hospital Pharmacy Technician training program or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)

License/Certifications:

· CPHT - Certified Pharmacy Technician (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Physical setting:

• Long term care
• Outpatient

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Philadelphia, PA 19140: Relocate before starting work (Required)
