1. Ship out finished product and receive incoming ingredients.

1. Perform trailer inspections for all incoming and outgoing loads.

1. Conduct an inspection on all items being received to verify shipment (F-SR007 Incoming Material Inspection Form).  Record any damage and notify purchasing so a complaint can be filed.

1. Monitor truck drivers, trucker waiting areas, office and loading docks.

1. Schedule appointments for all incoming and outgoing shipments.

1. Attach certificates of analysis (COAs) to all incoming receiving reports.  Save and e-mail COAs to customer for outgoing shipments.

1. Check ingredients for tampering.

1. Monitor signed paperwork from forklift operators.
