Responsibilities:

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels

- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals

- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients

- Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals

- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed

- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals

- Maintain a clean and organized fitness software account

Requirements:

- Certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization

- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals

- Sales skills to promote personal training services and attract new clients

- Experience in program design for individuals or groups

- Previous experience in fitness sales or sports coaching is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
