No experience needed! A willingness to be trained in upper extremity splinting is expected. If you have your Illinois OTA license and a desire to learn new skills, you could become part of our rehabilitation family!

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
