Qualifications
Job Requirements
- COTA licensed in the state of Texas
- CPR certified from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Computer usage required EMR EPIC documentation
- Ability to effectively function as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to supervise, delegate and communicate with multiple team members
- High organized with excellent follow-through skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Job Requirements
- COTA experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility
