We are seeking to hire Full time Certified Occupational Therapists (COTA) for our Home Health Care Agency.

Duties:
- Functions under physician's orders.
- Provides and directs Certified Occupational therapy assistant services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
- Clinical experience in home health or rehabilitative setting with a broad scope of COTA skills in orthopedic, neurological, and pain management disorders.
- CPR Certified.
