Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm
Location: McKeesport, PA with travel throughout the local communities for home visits (mileage reimbursed)
Summary of Job Duties:
The COTA, under the direction of an Occupational Therapist (according to therapy guidelines), will provide therapy in patient's (age 55+) residences on an ongoing basis in an effort to help regain or maintain their abilities to remain independent with the ADL’s and IADL’s, range of motion, strength and interventions established by a treatment plan.Required Education: Successful program completion approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Required Experience: Minimum of one year working with the frail or elder population.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Current OTA licensure issued by the state of PA.
- Valid PA Driver’s License
