The CNA/CMA performs all clerical/administrative activities for the Integrated Care/Bridges Clinics including answering telephones, scheduling appointments, taking messages, data entry, contacting clients to notify of appointments, pulling charts records for staff, screening charts for deficiencies, filing/scanning necessary forms in charts, performing benefits eligibility determination, obtain authorizations, post payments/charges, and responsible for the accurate and timely processing of 3rd party billing activity . Position maximizes 3rd party billing using various methods including following up on outstanding claims. Position proactively identifies problems in the clinics billing cycle and resolves any identified issues. Coordinates basic medical and non-medical aspects of a patient's treatment by triaging, preparing and sanitizing patient rooms for use, perform basic laboratory procedures/tests, conducts comprehensive medical history interviews, educate and manage medications with provider instructions. Willing to travel to Odessa/Midland.
Education Required: Certified CNA or CMA in the State of Texas.
Experience Required: At least 6 months experience in a healthcare setting.
Position Requirements: Valid Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, and insurable through PermiaCare. Required to pass criminal history and background checks as well as pre-employment drug screen.
Full Time/Part Time: Full-time position
Salary: $14.67 per hour for CNA. $14.95 for CMA. Sign on bonus may be available.
