We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems like eClinicalWorks
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Perform basic life support techniques when necessary
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems like eClinicalWorks is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients and their families
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
