ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide support to Med Techs
- Participate in IP planning
- Report to team leaders regarding patient status
- New admission assessments
- Coordinate care with the medical care team
- Insulin Delegations
- Skin Assessments
- On-call for nurse advice only (no shift coverage)
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oregon
