Same Day Surgery Certified Nursing Assistant (SDS CNA) Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent SDS Certified Nursing Assistant experience in the last 18 months
 • Active Certified Nursing Assistant License or Certification required
 • Current BLS Certification required
