Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Certified Nursing Assistant for ATC - Northwest located in Sheridan, Oregon. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be organized, and be a team player.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Certified Nursing Assistant /CNA will receive a competitive hourly rate of $30 to $32 per hour, paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Help with patient mobility and transferring to and from beds and wheelchairs
- Document and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
- Support the nursing staff in various tasks and perform delegated nursing procedures under supervision
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA
- Active Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Certified Nursing Assistants / CNAs with as little as 6 months of CNA experience will be considered as long as they have 2+ years of successful Caregiver experience.
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & smartphone
