You will develop lasting relationships and be an advocate, friend, and coach to those you serve to ensure they reach their personal health and wellness goals. Impact the people you serve daily by providing high-quality clinical care while also creating an environment of belonging, community, and safety. Use your Nursing Assistant skills to provide direct assistance and care under the direction of our nursing leaders and provide support based on each individual's unique care needs.
Current Openings:
Full-Time: 2 pm-10 pm or 10 pm-6 am
We offer flexible hours to suit your needs. If you have other obligations and need to work during the second shift, we will work with you to develop a schedule that works ideally with you. Our goal is to give you the most ideal work-life balance possible.
The pay range for this position is $16.31 - $20.80 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
- Shift differential incentives:
- Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr
- Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr
- Weekend Shift: Additional $1.50/hr
