Responsibilities:

1. 1. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
2. 2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
3. 3. Collaborate with the care team to create and implement personalized care plans.
4. 4. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate medical personnel.
5. 5. Document care provided and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
6. 6. Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Qualifications:

--Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska.

--Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.

--Ability to adapt to different client needs and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.

--Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

--Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
