Manoa Cottage Kaimuki is seeking a caring, detailed orientated, and clinical care focused Certified Nursing Assistants for it’s Nursing Facility in the Kaimuki/Kapahulu area. Be among caring staff, great residents and family members and strong management support. Manoa Cottage Kaimuki is a 27-bed nursing facility specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's care. Great staff teamwork in a home like setting. Work in a familiar health care facility with low staff to resident ratio and supportive co-workers and supervisors.

Job Summary:

Certified Nursing Assistants perform a variety of duties relating to residents and resident care under the supervision of a nurse, including but not limited to assisting residents in all activities of daily living (ADL). A Certified Nursing Assistant may also assist a nurse by changing bed linens, delivering messages, and cleaning instruments, serving and collecting food trays, and helping residents get out of bed, bathe, and dress. They will also ensure that residents are safe and comfortable.

Work Schedule: We offer Set Schedules!!

Full-Time: 40 hours per week | PM and NOC shifts available!

Part-Time: /20 hours per week | PM and NOC shifts available!

Casual Part-Time: less than 20 hours per week | PM and NOC shifts available!

ON -CALL positions available!

Requirements:

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Nursing Assistant training program/school with certificate of completion required
• CNA Certification for state of Hawaii
• 2 Step TB clearance or Chest X-Ray (with proof of positive results) required
• Health Clearance (within past 12 months)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience as a CNA/Nursing Assistant preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
