• Group has 19 outpatient clinic locations throughout San Diego 
• SRSMG is a large, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication amongst group PCP's & specialists

 Join a 700+ provider practice with large OBGYN department of over 45 providers  

• Looking to add a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife at Sharp Mary Birch, San Diego's only hospital dedicated to women and newborns
• Work 3 shifts per week (considered full-time)
• 12-hour shifts, both days and nights
• Full specialty back up including 24 hour perinatal and GYN/ONC service with dedicated OB anesthesia
• Responsible for L&D, triage, postpartum
•  On-call OBGYN’s and OB Hospitalists are always available
• On-site overnight room for provider

Requirements:

• Comfortable covering a busy L&D with at least 2 years’ experience, 4+ preferred
• Must be Board Certified
• Hospital delivers ~9,000 babies per year, highest volume in the state of California!
• Group delivers ~4,000 babies per year
• Excellent L&D Nursing Staff
• Southern California’s largest Level III NICU, plus advanced care for women experiencing high-risk pregnancy

Annual salary starting at $165,000/year without First Assist Certification and $176,000/year with First Assist Certification

The posted annual salary may vary and is dependent on several factors including candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications related to the position. APP's may also be eligible to receive bonuses and incentives related to the specific role. In addition, NP's and PA’s receive a full comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance.
