YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE
As a Certified Nurse Aide at Palolo Chinese Home, you will have the rewarding opportunity to assist residents with various activities of daily living, such as grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, range of motion, and skin care. Working under the direction of a licensed nurse or manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, happiness, and safety of each resident. Your strong communication skills will be key in effectively conveying any changes in resident conditions, refusal of care, problems, or complaints to the appropriate personnel.
