SalaryResponsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed orders and protocols
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Document medication administration accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management and patient care
- Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Assist with other patient care tasks as needed
Skills:
- Hospital or nursing home experience preferred
- Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
