```Duties```
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Document medication administration accurately and timely in medical records
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Assist with the coordination of medication refills and orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper medication management
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medication usage and potential side effects
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to medication administration
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification as a Medication Aide or completion of a state-approved medication administration training program
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in medication administration
- Knowledge of medical documentation systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Familiarity with hospice care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
