```Duties```
- Administer medications to patients as directed by healthcare providers
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine tests and blood glucose monitoring
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing insurance claims
- Assist with X-ray procedures under the supervision of a radiologist or other healthcare provider
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
```Experience```
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in a hospital or clinic setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience with basic life support (BLS) techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing software
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members
- Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
- Knowledge of medical terminology to understand physician orders and document patient information correctly
- Proficiency in administering medications, including injections, inhalations, and oral medications
- Ability to perform basic laboratory tests and interpret results accurately
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines
