- Perform vital signs assessments, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Administer basic life support measures when necessary
- Code medical procedures accurately for billing purposes
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing insurance documentation
- Ensure proper documentation of patient information and medical history
- Assist with patient service activities, such as answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance as needed

- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
